Privacy Policy (art. 13, Regulation EU no 679/2016, General Data Protection Regulation) In compliance with the art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation no 679/2016, hereafter referred to as GDPR, concerning the personal data that Underbeach srl will receive with the entry registration request (contract / ticket), the following information are given: The Data Controller is:Underbeach srl is in charge of Data Protection in the person of its pro tempore legal representative . The person in charge can be reached via the certified e-mail address underbeach@pec.it  or the regular e-mail address segreteria@underbeach.eu Responsible person for Data Processing can be reached vie email direzione@underbeach.eu Purposes of Data Processing Data processing is carried out in order to manage the entries for the event Immagineitalia & Co. Data will be also processed with the aim of: - Fulfilling the obligations imposed by the Law in administration, taxes and accounting. - Fulfilling the obligations for which Underbeach srl is responsible for and provided for by the current law. Personal data can be processed both as paper archives or digital (even in portable devices) only in procedures strictly necessary to reach the purposes stated above.  Legal basis of Data Processing Underbeach srl shall act within the ambit of the tasks entrusted to it by the law L. 580/1993 and s.m.i. The legal basis of the data protection is constituted of the ticket entrance. The data shall also be processed in order to comply with the current Regulation, in the limits set by the same Regulation. Storage period for data Personal data object of the above purposes shall be stored for the duration period of the contract and for the period of time that the Underbeach srl, as far as it is concerned, is required to store obligations for tax purposes or other purposes imposed by the law or by this Regulation. Consequences of the non communication of the personal data Not communicating personal data will prevent the completion of the ticket entrance.  Sharing of Personal Data  Your personal data could be shared with: Natural or juridical subjects that requires them in accordance with conditions addressed by the legislation; Subjects that process data in performance of specific law obligations; Juridical or administrative authorities to fulfil law obligations; External subjects to perform services connected to the organization of the exhibition: the complete list of these subject will be uploaded on the section “Privacy” on our website www.immagineitalia.eu or may be requested to each Owner to the addresses indicated above. Profiling and diffusion of data Your personal data shall not be diffused, unless as a fulfilment of law obligations. The personal data collected, along with the pictures and videos taken at the show, will be processed and stored in the Underbeach srl system for commercial and promotional purposes. By signing this form, you also authorized the diffusion of your images taken by the organization during the event Immagineitalia & Co., on the website www.immagineitalia.eu or on hub.immagineitalia.eu. Data Subject’s Rights The following are the Subject’s rights: - Asking each Data Controller to access your personal data and information about it; the correction of inaccurate data or the integration of incomplete data; the cancellation of personal data concerning you (in the occurrence of one of the conditions indicated in the Art. 17, paragraph 1 of the GDPR and in respect to the exceptions indicated in the paragraph 3 of the same article);  the limitation of the data processing (in the occurrence of one of the occasions indicated in art 18, paragraph 1 of the GDPR). - Objecting to data processing in any moment due to the occurrence of particular situations concerning the subject.  - Lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority (Authority for the Protection of Personal Data – www.garanteprivacy.it ).
